Job summary

BairesDev in Colombia is seeking a Revenue Enablement Partner to edit, audit, and improve AI-generated outreach and onboarding content. You will ensure messaging stays accurate as volume grows and collaborate with sales leadership on a small, high-impact team.

You will define quality standards for AI outputs, develop onboarding curricula for Principals and Evangelists, and support the Communications Strategist with training materials and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience in copy editing for AI output or human content.
• Experience supporting revenue client-facing teams in an enablement capacity.
• Experience creating and editing marketing materials for client-facing revenue teams.
• Experience testing, editing, and troubleshooting AI prompts.
• Experience creating and maintaining new-hire onboarding materials.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated sequences, templates, and messaging to meet quality standards before release, refining prompts to improve output at the source.
• Build and run a recurring audit of live AI-generated outreach, identifying drift and evolving the process toward automated scoring as volume grows.
• Document recurring failure patterns in AI output and translate them into specific guidance for AI build owners.
• Develop and maintain new-hire onboarding curricula and materials for Principals and Evangelists, keeping them accurate as processes and tooling change.
• Support the Communication Strategist with upskilling materials, training content, and marketing collateral.
