Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced CRM professional to own VIP audiences and experiences, building multi-channel outreach and AI-powered automation. You’ll leverage Claude daily for copy, research, and workflow logic, aiming to drive meetings, expansions, and revenue across global clients.

This 100% remote role reports to the Director of VIP Audiences & Experiences, with strong English requirements. The position emphasizes hands-on use of AI, CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), and outreach

Qualifications

5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing.
In-house US-based B2B experience; agency/contractor not eligible.
B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience.
Hands-on with outreach automation platforms.
Daily use of AI tools, Claude preferred; strong prompt skills.
Experience with automation workflows (Zapier/n8n/Make).
CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent).
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Build multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments.
Build and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
Use Claude as primary AI tool daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
Track and report on pipeline outcomes including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
Own data enrichment workflows, keeping VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.
