Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a GenAI Content Marketing Strategist - Agent Builder in Medellín to join the Aura product team. You will configure, test, and optimize client-specific AI agents within Aura, translating client needs into prompts, workflows, and knowledge inputs.

This hands-on role requires 2–3 years of digital marketing experience and strong English communication. You will collaborate with product, strategy, and client services to drive successful Aura implementations, onboard clients,

Qualifications

2–3 years in digital marketing or content operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
Ability to translate requirements into prompts and workflows.
Strong understanding of clear, on-brand digital content.
Experience working with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
Strong cross-team communication and collaboration.
Curiosity to learn Aura and enterprise AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Support the build, configuration, testing, and optimization of client-specific AI agents within Aura.
Translate client requirements into agent instructions, prompts, and testing criteria.
Develop, test, and refine prompts and agent workflows for quality improvements.
QA and testing of Aura agents and document recommended changes.
Collaborate with product, strategy, and client services for Aura implementations.
Onboard clients, demonstrations, training, and documentation related to Aura.
Track agent performance and gather user feedback to improve prompts.
Stay current on Generative AI tools and marketing applications.
