Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst for a fully remote role. You will coordinate with Client Solutions and Business Development, ensuring data accuracy and driving process improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analyst, coordination, or support roles.
• Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools at work to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute relationship selling process steps, such as introduction requests, network reviews, and referral outreach, following up with participants until each is completed on time.
• Update and maintain program data in trackers, the CRM, and internal platforms, keeping statuses and outcomes current.
• Provide first-line support to Client Solutions and Business Development participants, escalating exceptions to the program manager.
• Review program results and flag bugs, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the Product team by reviewing requirements, testing releases, and reporting issues.
