My Financial Partner, a fully remote arm of Teamshares Inc., is hiring a Financial Controller to support a portfolio of retail companies. You will partner with presidents and employee-owners to drive clarity, optimize operations, and profitability across the accounting lifecycle.

You will manage A/P, A/R, GL, inventory, payroll, and reporting, while leading process improvements and ensuring strong internal controls in a distributed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or Senior Accounting role.
• Retail accounting experience, preferably multi-location.
• Remote, fast-moving environments; fractional or outsourced accounting a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full accounting cycle including A/P, A/R, GL, inventory, revenue recognition, and payroll.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes with reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and deferred revenue adjustments.
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and shrinkage prevention.
• Maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast and advise on working capital improvements.
• Prepare trial balances, variance analyses, and dashboards for leadership.
