Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a QuickBooks Financial Controller to own the company’s accounting operations in a fully remote, contractor role. You will manage the General Ledger, lead the shift from outsourced to in-house accounting, and oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This hands-on position requires advanced QuickBooks expertise, robust process controls, and the ability to collaborate with the CFO in a fast-paced environment with required overlap to US

Formación

• Advanced, hands-on QuickBooks expertise.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Experience configuring QuickBooks and leading a QuickBooks implementation.
• Strong ownership of the General Ledger and month-end close.
• C1/C2 English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize QuickBooks to support accounting structure and reporting.
• Lead QuickBooks configuration and implementation initiatives.
• Transition General Ledger to in-house function and oversee monthly close.
• Prepare financial statements and P&L, manage bank reconciliations.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and client invoicing; ensure accuracy.
