cas is hiring a Controller to help build world-class accounting departments for US companies. This fully remote role requires leadership in overseeing accounting operations while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of US accounting experience and strong communication skills, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

As a Controller, you will lead a team, improve processes, and drive financial transparency for multiple clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years US Accounting experience.
• 3+ years US Accounting Manager-Director responsibilities.
• CPA or CMA (or equivalent senior-level experience) required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee month-end close and financial statements.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff.
• Manage client communication and expectations.

US GAAP understanding

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Strong problem-solving skills

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
