PROVE Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager or Controller-level consultant to support accounting operations, financial close, treasury, and internal controls in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Remote work with cross-functional collaboration across operations and finance stakeholders is required.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in accounting/finance, CPA preferred, with strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (NetSuite/QuickBooks).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA-equivalent certification strongly preferred; public accounting experience highly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller or accounting leadership role.
• Experience in specialty finance, healthcare finance, lending, receivables, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including U.S. GAAP or equivalent international accounting standards.
• Experience leading month-end close, preparing financial statements, and managing external audits.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite) highly desirable.
• Remote-first, globally distributed contractor environment experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate classification of all transactions.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, commissions, and fixed assets.
• Ensure payroll and debt payments are processed accurately and timely.
• Maintain a unified chart of accounts across entities and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, KPIs, and variance analyses.
• Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, and audits.
• Lead or support ERP implementations and process improvements.
