Howard Financial, a provider of outsourced financial solutions for US growth companies, seeks a Senior Controller to lead the Short-Term Rental and Hospitality vertical. You will own the financial health of a portfolio, drive US GAAP reporting, and oversee a remote team of accountants and bookkeepers.

Formación

• 7+ years in accounting
• 3+ years in a Controller or senior financial leadership role
• Experience with US GAAP and multi-entity consolidations
• Proven expertise in trust accounting and complex owner funds
• Ability to mentor a remote accounting team and partner with client executives
• Fluent spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end US GAAP financial reporting and month-end close for STR/Hospitality clients.
• Mentor and review work of remote accountants and bookkeepers.
• Oversee owner-fund and trust accounting structures with precision.
• Act as primary advisor to client CEOs and investors on P&L and cash flow.
• Build scalable controls and standardized workflows as portfolios grow.
