CS Outsource is seeking a proactive Housing Specialist to coordinate temporary and long-term housing solutions, manage client requests, and ensure a seamless housing experience from placement through move-out. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in housing coordination or related fields, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills.

This is a remote, full-time position aligned with U.S.

Formación

• 2+ years in housing coordination, relocation, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple housing requests while meeting deadlines.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate housing placements based on client needs, budget, and location requirements.
• Source and secure suitable housing options through property owners, landlords, and housing providers.
• Manage reservations, lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, extensions, and renewals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the housing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and housing partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure a smooth housing experience.
• Resolve housing-related issues, maintenance requests, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of housing inventory, leases, client information, and documentation.
• Monitor housing availability, occupancy, pricing, and lease expirations.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and housing requirements.
