Amen Real Estate, a fast-growing residential real estate team across Northern California, is hiring a remote Operations Assistant in Colombia to support the operations team. You will help with listing support, AI automation, admin duties, and content tasks while coordinating with our US team.

We value Fluent English, experience in admin/VA roles, and a proactive approach to automation. This fully remote role offers training and growth as part of a growing real estate operations group.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Admin, virtual assistant, or real estate support experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to get work done.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction listing tasks: create open house flyers, update statuses, manage data entry.
• Use AI tools daily to finish tasks faster; identify repetitive tasks for automation; document processes in SOPs and Loom.
• Provide admin team support: update meeting sheets and agent profiles, manage inbox, prepare slides.
