Job summary

Seamless Assist is seeking a Remote Real Estate Sales Agent to reactivate our client database through email, text, and social messaging. You will generate interest in buying or selling, then hand off warm conversations to agents for closure.

You will use AI tools to personalize outreach, work across email, SMS, Facebook and Instagram, and stay organized to track and qualify leads, all while aligning with Pacific Time.

Qualifications

Familiar with real estate concepts and lead databases.
Experience with outreach, ISA or lead generation; cold or warm.
Strong written English; client-facing emails/texts/DMs.
AI expertise for drafting/personalizing outreach.
Full overlap with Pacific Time required.
Experience with multi-channel outreach.
Preferred: real estate CRM experience.

Responsibilities

Reactivate existing client database via email, text, and social outreach.
Generate and qualify interest; hand off warm conversations to agents.
Track outreach activity and responses.
Engage contacts on Facebook and Instagram with warm messages.
Log context for seamless handoffs to closing agents.
Use AI tools to speed up outreach while maintaining human touch.
Maintain organized records of outreach results.
