Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with online platforms. English proficiency and reliable internet are required; real estate or CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work during agreed U.S. business hours.
• Experience with real estate, property processing, CRM, or InvestorLift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and verify property information in InvestorLift.
• Upload property details, photos, pricing, and supporting documents.
• Research and organize real estate buyers and buyer lists.
• Assist with property marketing and buyer outreach.
• Update CRM records and track inquiries, follow-ups, and offers.
• Monitor property-processing progress and maintain accurate reports.
• Coordinate with the Dispositions team to ensure listings are complete and accurate.
