Qualifications

• At least 2 years of appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing experience.
• Consistent daily call volume and effort with good pace.
• Low no-show rate through proper framing and confirmation.
• Strong energy, confidence, and professionalism on every call.

Responsibilities

• Make 200-300 outbound calls per day to real estate agents.
• Follow a proven call script and maintain consistency.
• Clearly communicate the company's value proposition to agents.
• Overcome objections and keep conversations on track.
• Schedule qualified Zoom appointments on the calendar.
• Accurately log call outcomes and notes in CRM.
• Follow up with warm prospects via call and text as needed.
