BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Rasa to build conversational AI solutions. You will design NLU pipelines, develop multi-turn dialogue, and integrate chatbots with external APIs across a remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Conversational AI, or NLP.
• Proven expertise with the Rasa open-source framework.
• Experience building NLU pipelines, stories, and rules.
• Experience developing custom action servers and API integration.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement custom NLU pipelines to extract intents and entities from user inputs.
• Develop complex conversation stories and rules to manage multi-turn dialogue flows.
• Build and maintain custom action servers to integrate chatbots with external APIs and backend systems.
• Optimize model performance through training, testing, and refinement of conversational data.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user requirements into functional conversational interfaces.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of conversational agents across various deployment environments.
