BairesDev is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end to end, collaborating with a Principal Engineer and a tech lead. You will stay hands-on while shaping production LLM systems, building LangGraph flows, and ensuring evaluation coverage across releases.

Formación

• 8+ years of Python experience.
• Production-level LLM systems experience.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience building RAG pipelines over data.
• LLM evaluation and tracing experience (LangSmith, etc.).
• 4+ years with React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with MCP servers and data lakes.
• Streaming agent interactions with LangGraph API and WebSockets.
• CI/CD pipelines and observability (logging, tracing, SLOs).
• Distributed systems, microservices, REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Strong prompt engineering and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend AI features end to end, breaking down complex work.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines over data.
• Maintain evaluation and tracing coverage on shipped AI behavior.
• Stay hands-on across development with Principal and Senior engineers.
• Unblock Senior engineers and surface blockers early.
