BairesDev is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end to end, building LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines while staying hands-on. You will collaborate with Principal and Senior engineers to ship production LLM systems and ensure robust evaluation and tracing.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, unblockers in the team, and contributions across development phases in a fully remote setting, with strong compensation in USD or local currency.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Python.
• Experience building production LLM systems with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Hands-on with LangGraph agent flows, tools, and state management.
• 4+ years of React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL on AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and own backend AI features end to end, breaking down and delivering complex work.
• Build and maintain LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Hold evaluation and tracing coverage on shipped AI behavior.
• Stay hands-on across development phases, building alongside Principal and Senior engineers.
• Unblock Senior engineers in the pod and surface blockers early.
