BairesDev is hiring a Fullstack Python + React Engineer for remote work. You will join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You’ll own features end to end, the API, the logic, and the user interface. Prior LLM work is a plus but not required; balance 70/30 backend/frontend.

The role requires 5+ years Python experience, React/TypeScript, AWS, and English proficiency, with 100% remote work and global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.
• Experience shipping real features with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.
• Build and maintain Python services powering core application logic.
• Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Balance work across the stack, roughly 70/30 between backend and frontend.
