BairesDev is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to architect an enterprise AI assistant platform for thousands of employees. You will stay hands-on, define orchestration design, retrieval strategy, and evaluation, while guiding distributed teams and shaping future hires.

Candidates should have 8+ years Python, end-to-end LLM platform ownership, LangChain/LangGraph mastery, and strong English proficiency. This is a remote, globally impactful role with generous USD compensation.

Formación

• 8+ years of Python experience.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of agentic or LLM platforms.
• Expertise with LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong LLM evaluation and offline data design.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with A2A and service-to-service agent integration.
• Model gateway/routing (Bedrock or LiteLLM).
• LangSmith tracing and eval harness construction.
• Streaming over WebSockets with LangGraph API.
• CI/CD and observability for AI services (SLOs, eval gates).
• Distributed systems, microservices, REST/GraphQL on AWS.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Set technical direction and own architecture for an enterprise-scale agentic AI platform.
• Design multi-agent orchestration, including skill invocation and routing across specialized agents.
• Own retrieval strategy across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Build and evolve the evaluation harness used to validate AI system behavior.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams and guide technical hiring decisions.
