BairesDev is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to develop AI-powered features across backend and frontend, collaborating with senior engineers to grow skills and influence product design.

Work 100% remotely with global teams, flexible hours, and a competitive USD-based compensation package. This role emphasizes building robust LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and frontend interfaces using React/TypeScript.

Formación

• Experience with Python for AI backend tasks.
• Familiarity with LLM integration and RAG pipelines (LangChain/LangGraph).
• Understanding of LLM evaluation concepts.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Frontend work with React and TypeScript.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to features including agent integrations and supporting API services.
• Help build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs into product features.
• Support evaluation of AI behavior to help ensure quality.
• Help build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, surfacing blockers and asking for help when needed.
