Sonatype Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Product Organization. You will drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives spanning data-centric projects across SCA, Repository, Platform, and Data.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous initiatives into actionable project plans, establish ownership, manage risks, and provide visibility into project health.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical Project Management experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional data projects with multiple dependencies.
• Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans with milestones and owners.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Directors and senior leadership.
• AI & automation mindset to optimize workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects from planning through completion with detailed project plans across multiple initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; establish escalation paths.
• Coordinate across Engineering Directors, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Marketing, CS, and Support to align deliverables.
• Provide clear, concise updates on milestones, risks, decisions, and scope changes to leadership.
• Host regular syncs, remove blockers, and ensure timely decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
