Sonatype is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Product Organization. Reporting to a Product Program Manager, you will drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across data-centric projects including SCA, Repository, Platform, and Data.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to turn complex initiatives into clear project plans, establish ownership, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholders have visibility

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical Project Management within SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional tech and data projects with multiple dependencies.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes at a project-management level.
• Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication to Directors and senior leadership, with clear tradeoffs and decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned projects from planning through completion with detailed plans and milestones.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies; establish owners and escalation paths.
• Coordinate across Engineering Directors, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Marketing, CS, and Support.
• Maintain visibility into milestones, risks, decisions, and scope changes; provide updates to leadership.
• Host regular syncs; clear blockers for engineering and product teams.
• Drive timely resolution of cross-functional decisions; document outcomes.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead.
