Sonatype is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team. You will design, build, and optimize scalable applications across the full stack while providing technical leadership and guiding architectural decisions.

You will collaborate with product managers and DevOps, drive modernization of CI/CD, and contribute to secure software supply chain practices in a remote-first, agile environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Deep experience with backend languages: Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless.
• Knowledge of containerization and IaC.
• Commitment to secure coding and software supply chain security.
• Proven technical leadership in remote-first, agile environments.
• Open-source enthusiasm.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, and optimize full-stack applications with modern web technologies.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Develop front-end using React/Angular/Vue.js with good UX.
• Build robust back-end services using Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Drive best practices including code reviews and scalable architectures.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster learning.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance with monitoring and testing.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and automation.
