Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in paralegal studies.
• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. litigation, especially personal injury or civil defense.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned civil litigation matters from inception to trial preparation.
• Maintain organized case files, documents, discovery materials, and records.
• Review and summarize pleadings, discovery responses, medical records and other documents.
• Support attorneys with complaints, interrogatories, requests for production.
• Organize medical and non-party records for active matters.
• Coordinate with witnesses, experts, clients, and case participants.
• Prepare materials for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Ensure compliance with federal court filing and documentation requirements.
