HireHawk Inc. is seeking a remote Personal Injury Case Manager to support a U.S. law firm. You will manage cases from intake to settlement, keep clients informed, and coordinate medical care and records in a structured, outcomes-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of U.S. plaintiff-side experience, excellent English communication, and strong organizational skills. This is a remote, full-time contractor role with global client exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of experience supporting U.S. plaintiff personal injury cases.
• Manage pre-litigation matters through medical treatment, demand prep, settlement.
• Direct communication with injured clients, medical providers, and adjusters.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, professional and empathetic.
• Excellent organization with multiple cases, deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues to attorneys when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; legal experience may substitute.
• Experience with Filevine, CASEpeer or SmartAdvocate preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own an assigned portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or transfer.
• Keep clients informed about case status, medical treatment, and next steps.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, appointments and follow-ups.
• Request, review and organize medical records, billing statements, and docs.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status and settlement progress.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deadlines, and documentation to prevent delays.
• Identify issues and risks early and escalate to supervising attorneys.
• Support demand writers to ensure files are complete and ready for demand.
• Assist settlement coordination by tracking balances, liens, and closure requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate case records in the firm's CMS.
