Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Requesting and following up on police reports, medical records, and related documentation.
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage.
• Preparing and sending Letters of Representation.
• Managing a caseload of personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase.
• Preparing and organizing documentation for negotiations and potential settlements.
• Providing regular case updates regarding insurance coverage, treatment status, and case developments.
• Maintaining regular communication and follow-up with clients to ensure an excellent client experience.
