Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or similar role within a personal injury law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury practice. Schedule

Monday to Friday from Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
