AgileEngine is seeking a Personalization Analytics Engineer to lead technical development, QA, and deployment of A/B tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will own data layers and tagging architecture with Launch or Google Tag Manager, and configure CJA for in-depth cross-channel reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• Experience configuring data in CJA or Omniture.
• Understanding of digital data layers and event tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and QA/data validation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of A/B/n tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Own and manage the enterprise web tagging architecture using Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch) or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and configure rules/extensions to ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile.
• Configure data connections and Data Views within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for deep reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and UX to assess technical feasibility of experimentation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.
