The ideal candidate has at least two years in legal case management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of legal case management experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare and legal processes in personal injury is a plus.
• Strong organizational, documentation and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients and guide them through the case, scheduling appointments and deadlines.
• Open and manage client files in case management software and gather documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurers, and medical providers to support cases.
• Review case billings, budgets, and timelines to ensure quality outcomes.
• Comply with all software policies and KPIs in daily work.
