Job summary

Valatam is seeking a Remote People Operations & Performance Associate to monitor VA performance, attendance, and productivity while coaching and supporting the team. You will analyze data, maintain reports, and collaborate with HR, Account Management, and Finance to strengthen service quality, engagement, and retention.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, 2–3 years in people management or related roles, and proficiency with time-tracking tools and PM platforms. A degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2–3 years of experience in people management, account management, HR workforce management, or productivity coordination.
• Experience tracking KPIs, productivity, attendance, deliverables, or service quality.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to give constructive feedback.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps) and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor VA attendance, hours, productivity, and performance; provide coaching.
• Analyze performance data; maintain accurate reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Account Management, and Finance to improve service quality, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct regular check-ins and coaching; implement improvement plans.
• Maintain performance records, dashboards, and monthly reports.
• Validate undertime and overtime data for Finance submission.
• Partner with Account Management to align VA performance with client expectations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Growth, Recruitment, and Learning & Development on operational needs.
• Support VA engagement, recognition, development, and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to broader HR programs and new-hire training.
