Job summary

Valatam is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to build a results-driven HR function. You will reduce preventable turnover, address Virtual Assistant concerns, manage performance issues, and continually enhance the VA experience while maintaining efficient HR operations.

This is an internal leadership role with hands‑on strategy and execution. You will lead the HR team, design policies, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and ensure client satisfaction through effective people management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2).
• 3-5 years HR experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Staffing, BPO, or Outsourcing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve VA retention and reduce turnover.
• Analyze resignations, client-requested replacements, and turnover causes.
• Design and run satisfaction surveys and action plans for recurring concerns.
• Lead HR team through one-on-ones, reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Oversee performance concerns, PIPs, and client feedback.
• Ensure timely resolution of VA complaints and requests.
• Produce HR reports with actionable insights, aligning with company goals.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs; oversee disciplinary matters.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, records, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead engagement, recognition, culture, and volunteer initiatives.
• Streamline HR processes, standardize workflows, and automate where possible.
