Pearl Talent is helping a fast-growing US mental health practice expand its people operations. The role is fully remote, with onboarding across multiple US states and ongoing payroll and benefits support for 100+ clinicians and staff.

You will be the first point of contact for PTO, payroll, and benefits questions, coordinating state-specific onboarding, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant records. Strong CRM/PM experience and English at C1+ are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in HR coordination or people operations.
• Working knowledge of US payroll, PTO, and benefits structures.
• Hands-on use of at least one CRM or project management platform to track workflows.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding including compliance tracking.
• Experience presenting updates or running trainings for groups of 30+ people.
• English at CEFR level C1+.
• Stable internet with backup connection or backup work location.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for clinicians and staff on PTO, payroll, benefits, and onboarding questions.
• Coordinate clinician onboarding across multiple US states with different licensing requirements.
• Build state-specific onboarding SOPs and checklists.
• Train new hires on internal systems, the EHR platform, and collaboration tools.
• Manage offboarding steps and records for departing clinicians.
• Track state-mandated compliance steps and support payer credentialing.
• Explain workflows and tools to senior candidates and work with cross-functional teams.
