Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for the U.S. Subscriptions economy. We are seeking a People Ops Coordinator to own onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates while supporting performance management and culture initiatives.

You will coordinate recruiting, assist the co-founders, and help build scalable People and operations processes as the company scales in a remote-first environment accepting US business hours.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in People Operations or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Discretion and sound judgment handling confidential information.
• Proactive, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in fast‑paced startup environments preferred.
• Familiarity with HR, project management, collaboration, or related tools.
• Ability to work during US business hours from anywhere.

Responsabilidades

• Own the People Operations side of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS updates, PTO tracking, and records.
• Support performance management, engagement, and culture programs with cycle feedback, goal-setting, and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate recruiting and hiring support end-to-end: job descriptions, interview scheduling, candidate communications, docs, and smooth handoff to new hire.
• Support co-founders and cross-functional administrative projects from request to completion.
• Build scalable processes to simplify and improve People and operations workflows as Antenna scales.
