Pebl is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, with a focus on seamless onboarding and offboarding for both our employees and clients. You will build strong relationships, maintain HR data accuracy, and provide guidance on employment law and HR processes.

In this role, you will coordinate onboarding with global teams, advise on benefits and payroll, manage client relationships, and help ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of Human Resources experience.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for supported employees with global teams.
• Provide expert HR guidance to clients on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and related HR matters.
• Manage client relationships in collaboration with the client services team.
• Drive employee satisfaction with a sincere, service-oriented approach.
• Ensure onboarding timelines meet SLA and assist in root-cause analysis for issues.
• Audit HR records and ensure compliance with local employment law.
