Job summary

Pebl is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for both our supported employees and clients. This role is a 3-month contract engagement, with potential for extension or renewal.

You will collaborate with global teams (Immigration, Payroll) and external service providers, ensure compliance with local employment law, and support the client services team to drive satisfaction for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of Human Resources experience.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Research-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for supported employees and clients.
• Provide guidance on HR matters and benefits.
• Manage client relationships with the client services team.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local employment law.
• Support regional knowledge base and product development teams.
