Job summary

Harza Group is a remote-first organization expanding its Oralux team to support a growing, globally distributed workforce. The role focuses on keeping people operations running smoothly by coordinating onboarding, records, engagement programs, and vendor processes, while driving proactive, scalable initiatives across multiple countries.

You will ensure timely communication, maintain HRIS integrity, and support managers with onboarding, recruiting coordination, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in People Operations, HR coordination, recruiting coordination or employee experience with end-to-end ownership
• Startup or scale-up experience (e-commerce, SaaS, tech, HR tech)
• Launched people initiatives yourself (engagement, onboarding, culture events)
• Experience supporting a remote, multi-country team (50+ people) with parallel requests
• Proactive, creative, and organized with strong follow-up
• Clear, warm written communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Discretion handling personal data and when to elevate
• Comfort learning tools quickly: ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Workable
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Overlaps with our collaboration window 8am–12pm EST

Responsibilities

• Run engagement programs end to end (book club, wellness challenges, momentum) with tracking and prizes
• Own onboarding process to ensure start date readiness, access and kickoff
• Coordinate recruiting processes so applicants are timely informed and interviewed
• Draft and track offers and contractor agreements; route non-standard terms
• Manage monthly 1:1 cycle with reminders and follow-ups
• Maintain HRIS (Workable) as the single source of truth
• Handle first-line employee relations and elevate complex issues
• Provide function support (All-Hands input, invoicing routing, verifications, brand content)
