Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and policies across our international team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, design onboarding/offboarding processes, manage HR records, and drive employee engagement and retention with agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with Generalist/People Operations focus.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Understanding of HR policies, procedures and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and improving HR processes and engagement initiatives.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, detailed, results-oriented, and collaborative with international teams.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple countries.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit with hiring managers.
• Prepare and publish clear job descriptions.
• Design and improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage HR records, docs, databases, and admin processes.
• Develop employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
• Guide juniors and collaborate with leadership internationally.
• Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decisions.
