Job summary

Latinogy is seeking an HR Manager to build the people function for the group across Latin America and the United States. This fully remote, long-term role reports to the founders and requires hands-on leadership to recruit, shape culture, and standardize HR across multiple countries.

You will establish policies, drive salary design, and implement performance management while partnering with external accountants and advisors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, with at least 3 years leading the full HR function.
• Experience building HR from zero in a startup or growing company.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Fill open positions and build the teams across the group.
• Build culture, values, rituals, and engagement for remote and on-site teams in several countries.
• Design and launch a career and partnership model for IT consulting to attract/retain top talent.
• Use AI across HR: sourcing, screening, onboarding, analytics, and self-service.
• Coach leaders to develop their teams and lead effectively.
• Build HR policies, processes, and a yearly people plan.
• Run onboarding and offboarding for remote and on-site teams.
• Set up performance management: goals, reviews, development plans.
• Design salary structures and incentive plans with founders.
• Ensure compliance with labor law in each country and coordinate payroll with external advisors.
• Lead occupational health and safety programs, including SG-SST in Colombia.
• Handle employee relations and retention metrics.
• Track HR metrics: time-to-hire, satisfaction, turnover, cost per hire.
