World Business Lenders is seeking an HR professional to support onboarding and daily HR operations in a fully remote contract role. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain organizational structure, support payroll and training initiatives, draft internal communications, and uphold HR policies, working hours 9:00am-6:00pm ET, Monday-Friday.

Resumes should be submitted in English. Candidates should have 2+ years in HR or onboarding, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process with documentation and systems access.
• Maintain and update the company's organizational structure.
• Assist in managing day-to-day employee relations.
• Assist in planning and tracking of training initiatives, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
• Help draft and distribute internal communications.
• Provide payroll support.
• Enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with weekly HR reporting.
