Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a People Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. You will handle Tier 2 support through a ticketing system, maintain HR data accuracy, support benefits, and coordinate with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Support is required.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (onboarding, offboarding, changes, transfers, leaves).
• Maintain accurate employee records and perform HR data audits.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc People Operations reports.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries via ServiceDesk or similar ticketing system.
• Respond to tickets promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Monitor queues during U.S. business hours and ensure SLAs.
• Provide operational support to U.S. employees while assisting international populations.
• Partner with cross-border teams to resolve issues.
• Support benefits enrollment and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage immigration tasks including I-9 processing, reverification, visa tracking, and coordination with attorneys.
