Job summary

Centro de Empleo y Talento is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle and serve as a primary contact for employee and manager inquiries. In this role, you will execute HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow while delivering a positive employee experience.

You will support employees and managers in the United States and Canada, so fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or shared services.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday: onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries through ServiceNow and resolve routine cases within SLAs.
