Brandtech+ is seeking a highly organized Junior People Operations Administrator to join our global People & Talent Ops team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training across HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and policy guidance.

You will work with HRIS/ATS tools (Sage People/Greenhouse), assist with employee life cycle, compliance, background checks, scheduling, and reporting. A BA/BA in HR or related field and strong communication are desired. #LI-REMOTE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in starting a career in Human Resources.

Responsabilités

• HRIS & ATS support to maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Administrative support for background checks, payroll, and interview scheduling.
• Learn and apply HR policies and procedures; respond to employee inquiries.
• Use Manage Engine to track HR inquiries with SLA adherence.
• Prepare HR docs and reports; support data accuracy.
• Provide timely employee information and support on projects.
• Assist with benefits administration and performance management activities.
