Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for urgent care client books of business.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the numbers story on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
