Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for Urgent Care accounts. You will own paid media strategy for a book of urgent care clients, including targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative for client questions.

You will act as the strategic voice, making calls on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on multi-location urgent care businesses and strong ROAS emphasis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid media across multiple platforms.
• Experience moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for urgent care accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tags, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Foster account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

About The Role

As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
