Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily, to own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You will shape budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and provide the narrative behind performance on calls.

You’ll work remotely with US/Canada clients, require English on live calls, and bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, agency experience, and a track record of improving ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and optimization decisions.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; explain performance trends on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
