Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for urgent care accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and articulate the story behind performance.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
