Overseas in LatAm is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for the platform. You'll prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, conduct outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team using AI-assisted research.

This is a high-activity role requiring a confident communicator with strong English, a structured outbound motion, and the ability to hit daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prior SDR or outbound sales experience with booked meetings.
• Strong English communication, phone and email-first role.
• Experience using AI tools daily for research and outreach.
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and qualify prospects using intelligence tools and AI-assisted research.
• Write personalized cold outreach that avoids spam.
• Book qualified meetings with full context for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline metrics.
