Visa Hunt is seeking an execution-focused Outbound Performance & Client Success Lead to own client performance, retention, and outbound campaign success in a fast-moving cold email agency. This remote role requires overlapping work hours with U.S. time zones and a proactive, performance-driven mindset.

You will manage 20–30 active client accounts, optimize campaigns for deliverability and meetings, and collaborate with the founder to scale systems, playbooks, and processes across the business.

Formación

• Experience managing accounts inside cold email agencies, outbound lead generation agencies, or outbound-focused startups.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, sender reputation, and outbound infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience improving underperforming outbound campaigns.
• Ability to write and optimize cold email copy.
• Experience using outbound tools, automation platforms, CRMs, and reporting dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own client performance, retention, and outbound campaign success for 20–30 client accounts.
• Ensure campaigns are technically sound, landing in inboxes, and generating qualified meetings.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and fix root causes.
• Collaborate with founder and outreach team to drive strategic growth.
• Build and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and scalable processes.
