Formación

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong understanding of residential property management operations.
• Experience with property management software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Working knowledge of security deposit dispositions and move-out processes.
• Ability to apply state-specific requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Attention to detail with financial information and documentation.
• Troubleshooting problems independently and elevating issues when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process move-out statements and security deposit dispositions accurately and on time.
• Manage resident disposition statuses within property management software.
• Ensure security deposit dispositions meet state requirements and deadlines.
• Provide timely support to on-site teams regarding software issues via email, Teams, or SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems.
• Perform systems administration tasks within property management platforms as directed.
• Support Collections by resolving past-resident disposition discrepancies.
• Handle questions related to resident screening and platforms, coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Submit insurance or deposit-related claims and ensure information is complete.
• Post refunds or adjustments to resident ledgers and maintain documentation.
