INGEPSY seeks an Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator to act as the central hub of daily operations for a Florida-based EV charging installer. The role focuses on customer communication, scheduling, permitting, CRM management, and dispatching, supporting both residential and commercial projects.

You will coordinate lead intake, routing of field crews, permit tracking, invoicing, and back-office workflows, with training provided for EV terminology.

Formación

• Fluent written and verbal English with professional phone conversations.
• Able to quickly learn dispatch platforms and operations software.
• Proactive self-starter who identifies gaps and resolves them independently.
• Detail-oriented operator juggling calls, routing, invoicing, and permitting.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients; guide them through the installation process.
• Own intake process; gather details and request photos of electrical panel for quotes.
• Manage daily field technician calendars and intelligent routing to optimize travel time.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, invoicing, and CRM data integrity; track milestones.
• Maintain back-end operations and SOP documentation within the CRM.
